Residents registered in municipalities affected by the October 2024 Dana can benefit from the new travel voucher launched by Turisme Comunitat Valenciana in 2025.
It is a 100% reservation aid up to a maximum of 350 euros to enjoy 2 consecutive nights in tourist accommodations (Stays from May 26 to December 22).

How to apply for your Recuperem Turisme Voucher?
1) THE MAGIC COSTA BLANCA TEAM WILL HANDLE YOUR VOUCHER APPLICATION.
You just need to complete this
FORM (with the requested documentation: personal details, phone number, and email so we can contact you, along with the power of attorney which you can download HERE, and a certificate of residence of the applicant in a municipality of the Comunitat Valenciana affected by the Dana, valid until the end of the process).
We will send you the registration receipt we submit to the Generalitat Valenciana via email. If you do not receive it, please contact us at bonoviaje@hoteles-costablanca.com.

2) Redeem your voucher (YOU HAVE ALREADY APPLIED)
-IF YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED THE VOUCHER BUT HAVE NOT YET MADE YOUR RESERVATION:
Make your reservation on a Bed & Breakfast or Half Board basis on the official website, within the voucher promotion periods. Add the desired room to the shopping cart and then enter your details and the Voucher Code (this is an essential step to grant you the aid). If you have any doubts, you can call 965 851 654 or send an email to bonoviaje@hoteles-costablanca.com.
Once the reservation is completed, fill in the following FORM to ensure we have all your data and can guarantee the processing of the aid.
NOTICE: NOTICE: The customer must send all the necessary documents. If the voucher is not validated, we will not be able to process the aid.
Payment Policy – Travel Voucher
To make a reservation, you must select the rate and payment method: BONORECUPEREM
When making your reservation with the Travel Voucher, please note that, upon confirmation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged 5 days later.
We would like to remind you that, although the Generalitat establishes a minimum stay of 2 nights, in our case we apply the minimum stay defined by the chain. This policy is the same for all our customers, regardless of the type of contract, and seeks to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Additionally, reservations of €350 or less must be paid in full, and after enjoying the stay, the amount will be fully refunded as long as the resolution is approved.

The discount is subject to the availability of vouchers provided by the Generalitat Valenciana.
In case of reservation cancellation, the amount to be invoiced will be calculated based on 100% of the total reservation amount.
For administrative reasons, extras are not included in this promotion. The Safe Rate and modification fees are also excluded, and the client will be responsible for the total amount of the Safe Rate or modification (non-refundable). Similarly, please note that there must be a 5-day margin between the date of booking and the date of arrival at the accommodation in order to validate your voucher.
The maximum aid granted is €350.
Eligible beneficiaries of this aid are individuals of legal age who are up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, are registered in a municipality of the Comunitat Valenciana affected by the DANA, and apply for registration in the program within the period established by the Generalitat. They must also formalize their reservation for the tourism services covered by the aid within 10 working days from the day following the electronic notification of the program's promotional code. Once the code is received, the reservation must be made within 10 working days and the stay must take place within the same usage period in which the code was received.
IMPORTANT: Only one application per person is allowed.
Once a promotional code has been assigned for the use of the voucher, the tourist services must be reserved and enjoyed within the usage period corresponding to that promotional code.
IMPORTANT: The payment method must be a bank card (in the name of the voucher holder).
With the Safe Rate (not subsidized), you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 4 days before your arrival. The full amount of your reservation will be refunded (except for the amount corresponding to the Safe Rate extra, which will be up to 10% depending on the stay period). This guarantee does not cover expenses within 4 days of the arrival date. Cancellations 3 days before arrival will incur a 35% charge of the reservation; 2 days before, an 80% charge; and 1 day before, no-show or withdrawal during the stay, a 100% charge.
It is necessary, once the reservation is made, to receive the approved resolution of the travel voucher from the Generalitat. If this document is not received, clients will have to pay the full amount of the stay.
